We are always pleased to help members with their information requirements, and if we don’t have what is required, we usually know where it can be found. This can save a lot of time in desk research.
We offer members specialist advice in a number of areas, particularly in the political, legal and technical arena, and also help with new motorcycle registration support.
Notifications of changes in legislation, regulation and other external factors provide an early warning system and the advice offered ensures Members know how plan ahead and deal with any issues encountered.
MCIA communications promotes PTWs as a solution to congestion and highlights the benefits associated with economy, parking, environment and well-being.
MCIA has a dedicated Marketing and PR Member Special Interest Group, made up by PR and Marketing staff from member businesses, which meets twice a year to knowledge share, generate ideas, network and collaborate on industry campaigns and initiatives.
MCIA is always happy to assist Members with PR by verifying facts, providing quotes and market intelligence and promoting Members’ products and initiatives that align with MCIA initiatives.

MCIA is the source of unique industry market intelligence related to registrations of motorcycles in the UK. Members receive monthly updates and access to a wide variety of bespoke reports which can be included as part of their membership or at preferential rates.
The ‘Two Wheel Data Centre’ offers insights into the behaviour and characteristics of UK riders, pooled from circa 600,000 insurance quotations.
